With a Boutique Tours private charter, we're at your disposal to tailor the day to suit your needs. We can arrange a pick-up from anywhere inside or around Sydney, and help you develop an itinerary for the day that will satisfy your goals. In the Blue Mountains this means access to a range of scenic spots, lookouts, National Parks, gardens, museums and restaurants; while in the Hunter Valley, we have access to over 80 wineries, as well as olive, cheese or chocolate tastings, restaurants, hotels etc. If you're looking to include other events, or an overnight stay, just let us know and we'll help you arrange it all.

Group sizes
We cater for all sized groups, however our specialty is smaller groups, where a more
personalised experience ensures a great, memorable day at the more secluded and
genuine sites of the Blue Mountains, or the boutique wineries of the Hunter Valley.
For larger groups, we recommend chartering two or more vehicles that can meet up at lunch
and throughout the day, while still allowing flexibility and access to the more remote areas and the smaller wineries.
We feel that larger vehicles and group sizes can sometimes jeopardise the personalised,
relaxed ambience that we believe is so essential for a great day out. Large groups are also
restricted to the larger access points only, where the experience can seem less personalised.
Work groups
Relax and get to know your work colleagues outside the office, with a beautiful setting! A private charter with Boutique Tours is a perfect environment in which to reward your team, giving everyone the chance to relax and unwind. We can arrange charters for work groups on a weekday or the weekend, picking you up at your work premises. If you'd like to add a special lunch, overnight stay, fun challenge, or other function, just let us know and we'll help you to arrange it all.
Charter prices
Charter prices are based on a 10 hour charter period, with prices from:
Prices exclude lunch, but we can suggest a range of fabulous lunch options to suit your group,
and organise it all for you to ensure a smooth-running day. Lunch options include everything
from bring-your-own picnics, to gourmet experiences, BBQs or cafe style platters of
sandwiches and salads - just Contact Us and we'd
be delighted to discuss the options with you.
Please note that for larger groups (over 25 people) travelling to the Hunter Valley, a Tasting Fee of $2.50 per person, per winery applies. For this reason and to enjoy a more relaxed and intimate experience, we suggest you may consider hiring two or more vehicles so you can visit wineries on a smaller level, meeting up to enjoy lunch together.
Please note that a $400 deposit is required for all Charter tours upon booking, with the final balance payable 7 days prior to your tour. Payments may be made by direct debit, cheque or credit card. Your tour may be altered or cancelled up to one week before the booking date, without penalty. Cancellation within 7 days requires a forfeit of your $400 deposit. Cancellation of tour within 72 hours of the travel date incurs a 100% penalty of tour fees.
